The school has 9 rooftop units and 31 interior HVAC units, which need to be replaced. Although a few units have been replaced over the years, they are mostly base-building equipment or original construction HVAC.
The scope of work is the comprehensive replacement of all HVAC units at a school, including the removal of aging equipment, installation of new units, and integration of the new units with the building infrastructure. The replacement units must be equivalent to or greater than what the school currently has.
