Definitions
School (referred to as "the School", "We", "Us" or "Our") refers to Rockwell Charter High School, 3435 E Stonebridge Lane, Eagle Mountain, UT 84005.
Service refers to the School Website (accessible at www.rockwellhigh.net or www.rockwellcharter.org) and any related mobile Applications.
Technical Provider refers to Frogtummy Enterprises, Inc., the third-party entity that hosts and supports the Service.
PII (Personally Identifiable Information) refers to any information that can be used to identify an individual, including but not limited to names, email addresses, and student ID numbers.
You means the individual accessing the Service, or the parent/guardian of a student under 18.
2. Acknowledgment
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and the Rockwell Charter School Privacy Policy.
Notice for Minors: As a secondary educational institution, the School does not permit individuals under 18 to use the Service without the implied or express consent of a parent or legal guardian. By allowing a minor to use the Service, the parent/guardian agrees to these Terms.

4. Government Records (GRAMA)
As a Utah public charter school, some information collected through the Service may be classified as a "record" under the Government Records Access and Management Act (GRAMA). You acknowledge that the School may be required by law to disclose certain information in response to a lawful records request, subject to protected PII status.

6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Utah law, including the Utah Governmental Immunity Act:
The School and its Technical Provider (Frogtummy) shall not be liable for any damages resulting from system failures, unauthorized intrusions, or human error.
The entire liability of the School under any provision of these Terms shall be limited to the amount actually paid by You through the Service or 100 USD.
7. "AS IS" Disclaimer
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". We make no warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. While we employ security layers and staff training to protect data, no method of internet transmission is 100% secure.
8. Governing Law and Disputes
Governing Law: The laws of the State of Utah govern these Terms.
Informal Resolution: You agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting the School Administration at 801-789-7625.
